PrintaLot manufactures PET-G. The "G" stands for “glycol-modified”, and it is a change in its chemical structure that makes it more transparent, less brittle and easier to print than normal PET.

It is a plastic that is highly resistant to mechanical stress, chemically stable against acids and bases, and its adhesion between layers is excellent. In addition, it does not emit an unpleasant odor when printing and it is recyclable.

All this makes it an excellent alternative to ABS and PLA.

Own production
PrintaLot filaments are produced in Monte Grande, Argentina in plant own. This ensures that there are no third parties involved, so quality is assured.

Raw Materials
PrintaLot PETg filament is produced from the best quality imported copolyester. The PETg PrintaLot does not release toxic substances or unpleasant odours.

Packing
The filament is wound and vacuum packed as soon as it is produced, so it does not absorve moisture in no time. It is also protected in a cardboard box with heat-sealed film for additional protection.

Tolerances
Our filaments are manufactured on state-of-the-art machines, with closed-loop laser controls that verify diameter and ovalization in real time. This ensures a constant flow in the material deposition in the printer.
